Ashraf W. Nubani
Ashraf W. Nubani has practiced law since 1998. He serves as outside general counsel to a group of medical technology companies and leads the immigration program of a multi-facility hospital system.
Over nearly three decades as a general practitioner he has formed dozens of for-profit and nonprofit organizations, drafted their governing documents, and served as arbitrator in hundreds of business disputes, most of them resolved informally.
His immigration practice covers employment-based, investor and family matters as well as federal litigation. He advises clients in English and Arabic.
